Dinner, spa, and dessert has become a Sunday night tradition for me and a couple of friends. Last night we had risotto, went to spa, then came back to my place for blueberry pie and custard.
It's absolutely delightful, but that binging of dessert causes some angst with my friends who are both trying to eat more healthy (or at least less unhealthy). We've decided to look into different desserts, but I have to admit that I don't really know where to start or what I'm looking for.
All tips are appreciated.
