I ordered for myself and my three kids.
Had to go back because we only got three chicken nuggets despite ordering nine.
Then had to go back because they’d only given us three servings of fries instead of the four we ordered.
Had to go back one last time because they’d forgotten to add cucumber to one of our burgers.
Wanna know what I think about this? What I do in a situation like this?
I think they did really well, actually. The place was packed and the staff was swamped with orders. And each time I came back and kindly pointed out that something had gone wrong they were super receptive and polite. Great service. I told them that I could see how busy they were and that they’re doing a good job. Of course I thanked them for correcting our order.
People make mistakes and things go wrong sometimes. No big deal.
