My holiday vacation ended this week, and holy cow does it make a difference. I'm exhausted after a work day. Sitting down with a book is hard, because it's just hard to concentrate any more. However I haven't (yet) fallen back into the habit of carrying my laptop around in the flat all the time, checking stuff on the internet or scrolling through streaming services.
Instead I've spent a lot of time just... sitting. It's basically what I've had in me.
We'll have to see how I adjust to work in the next few weeks. Hopefully I'll begin having energy reserves left for my spare time soon.
